About Paula Gerber
With nearly 20 years in HR, I specialize in Talent Management - full-cycle recruiting, performance management, succession planning, and executive coaching. As Global Head of People for both public and private companies, I have led multiple HR projects and managed global teams.
Originally from Brazil, I have spent half of my life there and the other half living and working in countries where career opportunities led me - Libya, the Emirates, and the United States, where I’ve been for the past 12 years.
I am passionate about cross-cultural connection and enjoy engaging with people from diverse backgrounds.
I currently live in Encinitas, California, with my husband and two children.
